Great hotel in a very good location (15 min walk to City center.) Very comfortable room with attentive staff. Had issue 1st night and Emiliano was above and beyond excellent in resolving the issue in the middle of the night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful. It’s a short taxi ride into town and moments from the airport of course. I used the Hotel shuttle. I had my mother and my aunt, both in wheelchairs, and the driver was so helpful with them. I highly recommend this hotel!

This place is a nightmare. Too small, dirty, loud, no parking, and smelly. GREAT service though! The people were nice but the building was failing apart. With all that said, the biggest turn off was the Craft Singles slices of cheese offered at breakfast. We're in Croatia! A breakfast, by the way, I wouldn't suggest to my worst enemy because that would be too cruel. I added some pictures of the bathroom which includes a special featured bidet and shower combo just in case you're not feeling "fresh enough"
